Retail Services VET

This is a VET course where students get hands-on experience in working in the retail industry through their work placement and practical activities at school. They learn about customer service, operating retail equipment and stock control. It provides students with a career path that leads to higher executive levels within the retail industry.

Students will study the following units of competency over the two years:

  • Perform stock control procedures
  • Advise on products and services
  • Perform retail finance duties
